Wallet & Payouts (Fair Haven Payment Gateway)

If you process voucher sales using the Fair Haven Payment Gateway, your EcoCash/Pesepay sales are automatically credited into your Wallet after a 20% platform service commission is deducted.

• Gross sale = the full amount paid by the customer
• Platform fee (20%) covers infrastructure, maintenance, payment fees, and support
• Net credited = Gross − 20% (this is what appears in your Wallet balance)

Requesting a payout

• Open Wallet from your tenant navigation menu
• Use the Request Payout form to submit your payment directive
• Choose payout method: EcoCash or Bank Transfer
• Payouts are processed weekly on Fridays before close of business
