Checklist for customers stuck in captive login loops.

- Forget and reconnect hotspot WiFi.
- Disable VPN/private DNS temporarily.
- Use non-HTTPS captive detection URL if needed.
- Confirm voucher is valid and not exhausted.
- Escalate to support with MAC, voucher code, and timestamp.
