How voucher WiFi works (high-level)
High-level flow from voucher sale to customer internet access.

- Reseller sells a voucher through the portal or SMS-assisted flow.
- Customer connects to hotspot SSID and opens the captive page.
- Customer enters voucher code or buys one via EcoCash/Pesepay.
- After successful payment or valid code entry, access is granted by RADIUS policy.
- Usage and accounting are tracked in session and accounting reports.
